Community Write with Stephanie Frykholm - monthly gathering beginning November 11 (6 pm to 8 pm)

write. read. listen. connect.

COMMUNITY WRITE

A monthly gathering to sustain your spirit in these unsettling times
Global warming. Political division. Social violence. Wealth disparity. Species loss. Global refugees. Devastating weather events. Societal instability. Rapid change. It's common to feel anxiety, grief, numbness, overwhelm, fear, and even despair in the face of such a world. Let writing come to your rescue!Writing helps us process our thoughts and feelings. It helps us find perspective. Writing clarifies our inner stirrings -- those fears to be faced, those visions to be pursued. Writing grounds us. When we write and read together, we're reminded that we are not alone in all this uncertainty. Our spirits lift. We grow in courage and fortitude. The path opens before us.Join us each month to write with others in a safe, respectful space, using prompts designed to help you explore such questions as: How am I experiencing my life? What are grief and fear teaching me? What am I being called to? How do I live a meaningful life in today's world?

Monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Beginning on Wednesday, November 11.

Join us as you're able. RSVPs appreciated.
Bring a writing pen & journal.

Please note: This will not be a space for critique, rants, or dialogue. Rather, it will be a sacred circle for bearing compassionate witness to one another.
